I finally have decided to update, at least in terms of my journal. I don't know when I will get my lazy butt into gear and update the art part. (I'm sure Emily will be able to help me with the motivation.)

So, yah. Summer is almost done: I have quit my job, bought some food at Winco, and am making a list of things that I need to get for yee olde appartment. Said list includes: sponges, kitchen trash bags, NEW fry pan, new welcome mat, and kitchen sink drain strainer-thing. Fun-fun. I'll be leaving for the Eug this Sunday.

I bought the first season of House MD on DVD a few days ago and have been steadily working my way through the episodes. I think I love Hugh Laurie, both in House and Sense and Sensibility. He says things that I always wish I could say at work. *sigh*

I have been drawing, I swear. And I will post eventually.

I just had my last final today in Gothic Sculpture (ArH 433). I think I did alright in that class, and my other ones too. Nothing lower than I B, as far as I figure. My other classes were ArH 300 Critcal Analysis (How to write art papers), ArH 410 Eighteenth Century Art, and German 201. Not too shabby. Next term I'll be taking some for my minor too, so it won't be so many papers.

I'll be goin home Sunday for break, and starting work soon after. So call me up, all you portlander (and surrounding areas) folk!

No real new art, other than a sock puppet, but I have had a ton of writing this term. Blah.

I live! Sorta. I just posted a WIP and I really should just scan the crap out of my sketchbook, but I'm lazy. Classes are for the most part fun, but I have a ton of paper writing to do. And I'm going to quit my job that I've only been at for about two weeks. I've never had to quit before, so this shoud be a bit awkward since I've not been there very long. *sigh*

I have a term paper due on Monday for ARH 399, and I am quite busy. Do you want to know what my paper will be on? Suuuure ya do.

It is a 10 page paper on the use of the Neuropsychological Method for the interpretation of Paleolithic rock art. Basically I talk about the theory that paleolithic people took hallucinagenic drugs and drew what they saw. And then I refute said theory. And then I cry.

Have I statred? No. What am I doing now? Writing here. What should I be doing? WRITING MY PAPER! I have other stuff (meetings and all that jazz) *all* tomorrow. I have a midterm tomorrow to study for too. *sigh*

And then I was assigned yesterday a five page paper on the progression of impressionist art in the 19th century for ARH 351. But that is due at the end of next week, at least.

I just keep telling myelf: "Spring break is coming. Spring break is coming..."

Next term I am only taking three classes (13 credits!):
